The Same Old Feeling It was a really nice summer break. I was chilling out mostly back home in Finland with the family and close friends. But, for sure, it¹s great to come back and start racing again. Especially, while we head for Spa-Francorchamps.

Obviously, this is one of my favourite circuits. Usually the races there are very challenging and there is a lot of overtaking happening, while the circumstances can change so quickly during the race.

It has been a good place for me. Hopefully the same will keep on going also this time. It is one of the highlights of the season, if you are able to go to Belgium with a competitive car. You need to get a good qualifying to get a good result in the race. But, like always, it would be just a waste of energy to start speculating anything before the first few laps on Friday practise.

I looking forward to get the feeling with the car after this long break. We have missed winning so far, but I have no stress of this situation. It¹s still a long season ahead of us.

Spa-Francorchamps is one of those places, where I always enjoy travelling to. It¹s a traditional old-type of racing circuit with up- and downhills and with some great corners and bends. There is no reason to pick one corner more tempting from the others. I would say a whole of the that track being more than the sum of its parts.

It¹s three years since I raced there last, so it¹s about to time to get back there and have a taste how our car goes around that long and fast lap.

The team has been preparing the car with some new parts to challenge for the top in the second part of this season. Now after all of us having recharged our batteries, and enjoyed a few weeks out of the routines, we should be more than ready to continue the long battle for the championship positions.

The car has been strong everywhere, so there is no reason why it should not be strong in Spa, too. Now we will have a very busy schedule during the next four weeks with three Grands Prix, so whoever has the fastest car now, has a small upperhand in this very tight championship.
