Matti Räikkönen says in Helsingin Sanomat's interview that Ferrari hasn't influenced Kimi's alcohol use.

Kimi Räikkönen is going to the new season more slim. The champion of 2007 has likely been training harder than every before. Kimi has also quit partying almost completely. The cork has stayed closed for a long time already.

According to Kimi's dad Matti Räikkönen the talk about sobriety has risen to too big of a role.

- I think it has been made too big of a deal. When it has been written that the team has forced him to do it and so on, Matti Räikkönen says in Helsingin Sanomat interview.

Speculations about Kimi's fading motivation dad-Räikkönen says is nonsense.

- Everyone who has eyes must know what's happening. Kimi is now in a better physical and mental condition than ever before, dad says.

- It is easy to write that Kimi doesn't have motivation, but nobody remembers everything what is happening on track, he continues
